The first release is being developed around local use without a KiraSahibi account. A future connected service would have its own clearly explained requirements.

Pricing and plan details have not been announced. Confirmed information will be shared before the app is available.

The current focus is recording and tracking rent and expenses. Bank connections and automatic rent collection are not part of the announced offering.

The planned routine is to open the relevant rent record, enter the amount and date, and review the entry. The website previews use sample records.

Documents are part of the product’s planned workflow. The supported formats and exact steps will be published with the release.
